Status: pointer to CTS-owned document

The authoritative conformance mapping for AEON v1 now lives with `aeonite-org/aeonite-cts`.

Use the CTS-owned copy for:

- requirement-to-suite mapping
- lane and manifest anchoring
- public conformance coverage review

This spec-side document remains only as a forward pointer so the specification surface can reference the CTS mapping without duplicating ownership.
